It foams up really easy, only use a tiny bit because the foam is kind of thick. My daughters say it tastes like shampoo. I like it because it will last a long time, the ingredients are good, and my girls are not complaining about how spicy it is. I've tried so many and only this has ticked all these boxes. Thanks

1 week in and I’m really impressed! I originally wanted to try this because regular toothpaste can mess with my sleep, but it’s also been a total godsend for my chronic ulcers (usually triggered or made worse by other toothpastes). I’ve been sleeping better, no irritation, and it still leaves my teeth squeaky clean and my mouth fresh. It tastes so nice and definitely a lot less “zingy” than mint toothpastes. Honestly, I love it!
Packaging and tube are fantastic but more importantly the toothpaste is great. Switching from an overbearing mint to the vanilla made falling asleep much easier.
